(hereinafter referred to as “Shen Zhonghua A”, 000017.SZ), Zhejiang Diamond Leopard Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shanghai Forever Bicycle Co., Ltd., Yunnan Lianfa Technology Power Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jinhua Electric bicycle or electric bicycle batteries produced by Da Electronics Co., Ltd., GEM (Wuhan) New Energy Automobile Service Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Chaowei Ali Battery Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Baoneng Power Supply Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xingneng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. None qualified.
Among them, the high-performance lithium-ion power battery (specification model PE6Y0021; production date/batch number 2022-07-14) produced by GEM (Wuhan) New Energy Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. is nominally unqualified. The main unqualified items are low-temperature discharge and overcharge. (GB/T 36972-2018). The inspected unit is Lulutong Yijia Supply Chain Management Center, Yuhua District, Changsha City, and the inspection agency is Weikai Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
According to a reporter from China Economic Net, GEM (Wuhan) New Energy Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan Power Battery Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd.; the major shareholder of Wuhan Power Battery Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd. is GEM Co., Ltd. (referred to as “GEM”, 002340.SZ), holding 66.94% of the shares.
GEM’s 2022 semi-annual report shows that GEM indirectly holds 79.11% of its subsidiary GEM (Wuhan) New Energy Vehicle Service Co., Ltd.
