Task 1. Since the establishment of the Standardized Management and Practice Branch of Immunization Program, it has used academic strength to thoroughly implement the “Vaccine Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its supporting documents, formulate relevant norms and standards, and summarize and promote the standardized management of immunization programs. With advanced experience, we actively carry out standardized practice training on vaccination, assist in the publicity, technical guidance, monitoring, evaluation, epidemiological investigation, emergency response and other work related to immunization planning, and promote the steady development of China’s immunization planning.”

“As early as 1957, Tianjin began to carry out planned vaccination in a strategic and step-by-step manner. Therefore, the city of Tianjin still has a certain origin and inheritance in the field of infectious disease prevention and control and immunization planning, so Tianjin is in the field of immunization. At the level of planning and standardized management, we also have some measures of our own. Over the years, we have improved the establishment of demonstration vaccination clinics, and now we are moving towards the construction of smart clinics. We have also created standardized operations and training bases for vaccination doctors, etc. etc. Next, in accordance with the guidelines and planning requirements deployed by the National Health and Medical Commission, continue to do a good job of your own work, and will actively support the development of various tasks of the branch, combining with the characteristics of Tianjin’s regional development, gather efforts to create a regional characteristic The high-quality development pattern of public health, and take this as an opportunity to integrate into the overall situation of the national immunization planning, jointly start a new journey of public health development, and make greater contributions to protecting the health of the people in Jinmen and the people of the whole country.” Tianjin Disease Prevention and Control Zhang Ying, deputy director of the center, said so.

At the meeting, Zhong Peisong, deputy director of Shanghai Jiading District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, introduced that the incidence of hepatitis E is on the rise both at home and abroad, with many sources of infection and wide transmission routes. The treatment of hepatitis E is mainly supportive therapy, and there is no specific drug approved clinically for treatment. Chronic liver disease, pregnant women and the elderly are susceptible to hepatitis E infection, and are prone to severe disease after infection, increasing the burden of disease. The “Hepatitis E Prevention and Control Consensus” recommends that recombinant hepatitis E vaccine can effectively prevent hepatitis E, and the preventive effect is long-lasting and safe.

Xiao Shaotan, deputy director of Shanghai Pudong New Area Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said that China has a long way to go to prevent and control cervical cancer. HPV types 16 and 18 are the cause of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in most Chinese women, accounting for about 84.5% in China. The supply of HPV vaccine in my country was insufficient in the past, and the overall vaccination rate was low. The first task of eliminating cervical cancer is to improve the accessibility of HPV vaccine. The HPV vaccine should be vaccinated as soon as possible to avoid the risk of infection that may be caused by exposure during blind waiting. The lower the age of HPV vaccination, the higher the antibody level induced by HPV vaccine, and the effect of vaccination gradually decreases with the increase of age. The bivalent HPV vaccine independently developed by my country is the only vaccine that has undergone clinical trials in China and has been approved to prevent persistent HPV16/18 infection. Improving the availability of HPV vaccines to help accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer in China”

Subsequently, the participating experts came to the national vaccination standardized operation training bases: Community Health Service Center of Dawangzhuang Street, Hedong District, Tianjin, Xianshuigu Health Center, Jinnan District, Tianjin, and Qingguang Town Community Health Service Center, Beichen District, Tianjin. On-site visits, through the establishment of training bases, build a new platform for immunization planning teaching, implement the teaching mode of training instead of lectures, improve the vaccination of vaccination doctors, and improve the service quality and level of immunization planning.
