We set a benchmark for Tianjin’s ICT scenarios and promoted the incubation results to the whole country. We independently developed a series of ICT training courses and held several ICT open courses. We launched products and solutions such as the state-owned ICT collaborative office platform, the full-stack ICT cloud solution, and the ICT cloud desktop solution, which have been widely infiltrated into the office scenarios of urban government and enterprises, becoming the backbone of promoting the construction of an ICT industry highland.
