Which jobs have higher salaries?
The salary price of enterprise employees by job level is displayed, including three categories: management job level, technical job level, and skill job level.
The level of management posts refers to the hierarchical position of the personnel working in management posts in the company’s job sequence, including high-level management posts, middle-level management posts, grass-roots management posts and management employee posts. From the median point of view, the high-level management post is 115,000 yuan/year, the middle-level management post is 94,600 yuan/year, the grassroots management post is 78,000 yuan/year, and the management staff post is 61,800 yuan/year.
Technical post level refers to the level of professional and technical titles recognized by the state or professional assessment institutions, including senior professional titles, intermediate professional titles, and junior professional titles. From the median point of view, senior professional titles are 114,800 yuan/year, intermediate professional titles are 83,200 yuan/year, and junior professional titles are 65,800 yuan/year.
