The first batch of service institutions in the “center” include 14 institutions including China Technology Exchange, Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, Beijing Intellectual Property Operation Management Co., Ltd., and Zhongguancun Technology Leasing Co., Ltd., which will provide services in common technology services, comprehensive technology services, and digital intelligence. Information services and other aspects will give full play to the standardization advantages of the Zhongguancun system to create a high-quality professional science and technology innovation service platform.

In addition, during the event, Tianjin Zhongguancun Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a new result of cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin, was officially signed and established; the Bincheng Science and Technology Innovation Zone “Industry-Academic-Research” Innovation Driven Alliance, jointly initiated by 9 institutions, was established, which will actively use universities to The advantages in the fields of innovation achievement transformation, scientific research institutions in achievement transformation, and consulting institutions in industrial consulting will further empower the high-quality development of Bincheng Science and Technology Innovation Zone.
