“Ask the Cangmang”, a key project of the State Administration of Radio and Television and Hunan Province to commemorate the 130th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Mao Zedong and a major revolutionary historical drama, will be broadcast on Jiangsu Satellite TV’s Happiness Theater at 19:30 every night starting from December 19. For the first time, the play focuses on the historic transformation of young Mao Zedong from an “early traveler” to a “pioneer” in the Chinese revolution from 1921 to 1927.
