The scale of the industry has grown relatively well, with an average daily collection of about 350 million pieces, and the weekly business volume continues to rise. On the one hand, express delivery companies have deepened their origin services, and their delivery solutions for peaches, hairy crabs, seafood and other products have become increasingly mature, and the delivery of agricultural specialty products has been active. On the other hand, companies have launched “buy in advance, choose delivery at the time” and “delivery on time during Chinese Valentine’s Day, late delivery”. Featured services such as “We will pay you when you arrive” have effectively guaranteed the delivery needs of time nodes such as “Qixi Festival”.
In August, the express service quality index was 573, a year-on-year increase of 27.1%. From the perspective of sub-items, the public satisfaction rate of express delivery services is expected to be 82.8 points, an increase of 0.5 points year-on-year. The 72-hour punctuality rate in key areas is expected to be 84.4%, a year-on-year increase of 6.2 percentage points.
In August, the Express Development Capability Index was 208, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%. Specifically, the construction of hub parks has been accelerated, and express delivery companies have further upgraded existing hubs, accelerated the construction of new hubs, and continued to promote the construction of sorting and processing sites and parks; comprehensive transportation capabilities have been enhanced, and industry-owned airlines have opened a number of international routes to take passengers. The China-Laos railway cold chain special train, customized road-rail combined transport line, effectively improves the transportation timeliness.
In August, the Express Development Trend Index was 68.9, a year-on-year increase of 1.9%. It is worth mentioning that in September, driven by the economy during the golden season of fresh seafood and seafood consumption and the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, the industry is expected to further achieve good development.
