Professor Bian Yuhong emphasized that the intestinal age of normal people is not much different from their own physiological age, and the beneficial bacteria, harmful bacteria, and neutral bacteria in the intestinal tract are in a state of balance and coordination. However, due to increased stress, mental stress, improper diet, lack of exercise, drug abuse and other reasons, the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestines of many people will decrease, while the number of harmful bacteria will continue to increase, which will cause intestinal flora imbalance and lead to The gut ages prematurely.
