Promote the industry standardization process!Haier releases industry’s first smart building evaluation standard

On March 11, Haier Smart Building joined hands with the China Construction Operations Management Research Institute, SGS, and the National Asset Management Standardization Technical Committee to lead the release of the industry’s first “Smart Building Operation Management Level Evaluation” standard. Huawei, SenseTime, BOE and many other smart companies Participate in the drafting of evaluations and jointly promote the standardized development of the industry.

Based on this standard, the certification body SGS also issued the first platinum-level certification for the Haier Smart Building Air Ecological Innovation Center project, which is currently the highest level in the industry and has created a model benchmark for the development of smart buildings.

The first standard to standardize industrial development

In my country, the smart building industry started late but is developing rapidly. With the development of technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, smart buildings have become a global development trend, and the industry is in urgent need of a unified standard to standardize and guide it. The industry standards released this time stipulate the industry development path from multiple dimensions such as evaluation requirements, evaluation indicators, evaluation standards and other content and requirements.

At the scene, Liu Yong, president of the China Construction Operations Management Research Institute, mentioned that the current evaluation system for smart buildings basically stays at the level of smart buildings. It mainly focuses on the evaluation of hardware such as system functions and reliability, and lacks the software of services. Hardware reviews. The release of this standard not only fills this gap, but also promotes healthy accelerated development of the industry.

Specifically, the standard focuses on the actual effects of the smart building operation phase and sets a total of more than 100 sub-indicators. In addition to guiding the operation and management of building investment, leasing, and commerce, it also regulates service functions from the perspectives of parking, lobby, customer service, service, security, facilities and equipment, environmental monitoring, and energy-saving operation and management. Through comprehensive assessment of buildings, we can ensure the sustainable development of smart buildings.

The highest level of certification, setting an industry example

So, why can Haier become the leader in drafting standards? This is because Haier, while leading the way in theoretical standards, has implemented many model practices. After strict review by many authoritative experts in the industry, the comprehensive project performance in smart building operation management platforms, smart energy, smart services, smart security, smart office and other scenarios, Haier Internet of Things Global Innovation Center received the Platinum Level Certification for Smart Building Operation Management issued by SGS , the highest level in the industry.

Specifically, the Haier IoT Global Innovation Center model achieves convenient management and efficient experience. In terms of management, the plan is centered on the building brain platform, which enables autonomous adjustment and collaborative cooperation of each subsystem to avoid the waste of energy consumption caused by independent management of subsystems. In terms of experience, when office workers enter the building, the smart gate scans the face and uploads the information while quickly releasing the person. After receiving the information, the elevator automatically dispatches the elevator to ensure that the target floor is reached quickly. After entering the office environment, lighting, air conditioning, etc. are automatically turned on and adjusted to the best state. When entering the conference room, the display system, sound system, etc. are automatically turned on to improve meeting efficiency.

In the end, the prototype achieved a 40% reduction in consumption, a 30% improvement in office efficiency, and a 15% reduction in operation and maintenance personnel. The energy efficiency ratio of the efficient computer room built with the help of this platform has reached 6.8, far exceeding the first-level energy efficiency in the industry. With its excellent energy-saving effect, this model was also awarded the “High-Performance Energy-Saving Project – High-Efficiency Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Machine Room” certification.

From HVAC to buildings, from plans to standards, Haier Smart Buildings are not only upgrading themselves, but also exploring a clear path for industry development through standard release and model creation, and accelerating the standardized development of the smart building industry.
