Confucianism pays great attention to the part of body maintenance. Confucianism requires a reasonable arrangement of life in daily education, paying attention to the basic principles of daily life, combining work and rest, and eating moderately to maintain the body.

The “Ji Sheng Fang” of the Song Dynasty pointed out that “those who are good at keeping alive should be careful in harmony, drink and eat once, let them enter the stomach, and disappear as they go, then there will be no trouble of staying; After eating the five flavors, fishy cheese, forced to eat raw and cold fruits and vegetables, and stopping the livestock in the stomach, it becomes stagnation.” It can be said that it is the concept of neutral diet formed under the influence of Confucianism.

Confucius attached great importance to food hygiene. In order to ensure good health, the Analects of Confucius puts forward the principle of dietary health care: “Never tire of fine food, never tire of fine food”. If the diet is fine, it will be rich in nutrition; if it is fine, it will taste delicious, increase appetite, and help digestion and absorption.

Confucius further reminded people to eat fresh and clean food to prevent diseases.

Modern people desperately need valuable experience
