“Beijing Audiovisual” Fine Arts Exhibition Debuts at CIFTIS to Tell Chinese Stories with Fine Arts
The 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (hereinafter referred to as “CIFTIS”) was held at the Beijing National Convention Center and Shougang Park from September 12 to 16. The exhibition area of the “Beijing Grand Audiovisual” exhibition of this year’s CIIE is more than 1,000 square meters. Among them, the art exhibition area, as an important part of the “2024 CIIE Beijing Grand Audiovisual Exhibition”, focuses on displaying the creation results of Beijing’s audio-visual and art masterpieces since 2023, and promotes a number of excellent films, TV series, cartoons, documentaries, online audio-visual programs and other art masterpieces, demonstrating that literary and art workers in the new era adhere to the people-centered creative orientation, focus on the creation of realistic themes, and have the responsibility and commitment to tell the story of China in the new era well.
The booth design of the “Beijing Big Audiovisual” art exhibition is unique. The exhibition hangs palace lanterns on the left and right sides of the main exhibition area of ”Beijing Big Audiovisual”, which is extremely symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing, while highlighting the vibrant radio and television style. There are 24 palace lanterns in the main booth, displaying nearly 100 art masterpieces, fully demonstrating the creative achievements of “Beijing Big Audiovisual”.
Walking into the exhibition area is like stepping directly into the classic scenes of the popular TV series under the brand of “Beijing Big Audiovisual”. The light box posters that come into view are shining, immediately mobilizing the audience’s audio-visual memory. The arrangement of scene re-enactment makes people immersed in it. You can return to the old days with the male and female protagonists in the immersive green train of “South to North”; in the interactive photo-taking and check-in area of ”The Story of Roses”, the oil paintings in the play and the “second creation” of fans complement each other, directly bringing the audience closer to the hot drama. A large number of yellow roses were also arranged on the scene. The audience took photos with their lovers or couples here, and then excitedly shared them on social platforms in exchange for a limited-time yellow rose. The audience posed for the classic poses of the characters in the play, leaving unforgettable moments; and the 6-meter curved landscape screen of “My Altay” seems to take you to the vast Altay grassland to experience the magnificent scenery of northern Xinjiang. These creative designs immerse every audience in a feast of literary and artistic masterpieces. There are also interesting “Call backs”. On the side of the outer wall of the big screen of “My Altay”, the classic line from the play was added: “Who is in Beijing?” Passing by audiences smiled knowingly and took photos to share.
